Turbo de Impreza WRC

El impreza WRC2008 produce al rededor de 2 y media veces la cantidad de torque de un impreza STi de calle logrando 650Nm @ 3000rpm.
Con un motor pequeño de 2 litros el impreza WRC2008 produce una potencia de salida limitada a 300bhp segun regulaciones de FIA.
El WRC2008 puede acelerar de 0-100km/h en menos de 3 segundos inclusive en grava
Un carro de alto desempeño produce al rededor de 20psi (1.3bar) de boost, un carro standard produce de 10-15psi (0.8bar) mientras que el impreza WRC2008 produce monstruosas 60psi (4bar) de boost.
El turbo del impreza WRC2008 es fabricado por IHI Japon y opera a 1000ºC, solo imagine que en un carro normal derrite cables, bateria y caja de fuses!!!
