Los recibos de las pruebas prácticas de manejo que se cancelaron entre el 13 y 17 de julio, ya fueron reversados en el sistema, esto quiere decir que las personas afectadas pueden volver a matricular un espacio.
La reversión del recibo correspondiente habilita a todas las personas afectadas por esta medida a que, desde hoy puedan agendar una nueva cita, considerando que el sistema funciona las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana y se han tomado las previsiones para que en todas las sedes haya espacios disponibles siempre.
La cancelación de pruebas prácticas, así como de los demás servicios relacionados con la acreditación de conductores, se aplicó para esta semana acorde con las medidas dictadas por el Ministerio de Salud para enfrentar la emergencia sanitaria por COVID-19.
Si las autoridades de Salud no disponen nuevas acciones, los servicios se reanudarán el próximo lunes 20 de julio, caso contrario se informará por los medios oficiales del MOPT.

Como parte de la Campaña “Un Mensaje Rosa” del año pasado, Chevrolet realizó la donación para la remodelación de la sala de enfermería de la clínica de mama del Hospital México, y apoyó a la Fundación Tour Rosa con los recursos necesarios para movilizar a pacientes de zonas lejanas a centros de salud para realizarse mamografías, ultrasonidos, darles seguimiento a los tratamientos y a las citas médicas.
Anualmente, Costa Rica reporta más de 1300 casos nuevos de cáncer de mama, siendo el segundo cáncer más frecuente en mujeres y San José como la provincia con la mayor incidencia.
Es por esta razón, que cada mes de octubre, Chevrolet concientiza con la campaña “Un Mensaje Rosa”, con el fin de transmitir esperanza y positivismo por medio de firmas y mensajes escritos en un carro rosa, el cual circula por los principales Centros Comerciales del país y convertir estos mensajes en donaciones para los pacientes de cáncer de mama.
“Nos sentimos muy felices de poder brindar un granito de arena para todas aquellas mujeres y hombres que luchan todos los días con un diagnóstico de cáncer, nuestro objetivo es que “Un Mensaje Rosa” se traduzca en amor, valentía y esperanza para que sigan luchando y puedan tener una mejor atención y calidad de vida”, comentó Asly Anchia, Gerente Regional de Mercadeo de Chevrolet.
Los cambios que se realizaron en la sala de enfermería del hospital México fueron la ampliación de la puerta para el acceso más fluido de las pacientes que necesitan ingresar en silla de ruedas, mantenimiento a lo interno en paredes y cielorrasos y ajustar los requerimientos en infraestructura para el cumplimiento de la Ley 7600.
“Agradecemos a todas las personas que apoyaron esta campaña para que los donativos fueran posible para darles una mejor atención a los pacientes y ayudarlos
a continuar con sus tratamientos y brindarles a aquellas personas de escasos recursos la oportunidad de una mamografía y ultrasonido para un diagnóstico temprano”, comentó Alexandra Núñez, Directora Asociación Tour Rosa.
La Campaña “Un Mensaje Rosa” nació en el año 2015 con el propósito de motivar de una manera distinta y atractiva a las personas a ayudar y a concientizar en la detección y prevención temprana del cáncer de mama.
Por 5to año consecutivo, Chevrolet ha visitado los centros comerciales con mayor tráfico en el país con un vehículo modelo TRAX debidamente identificado con el color rosa para que las personas que frecuenten el lugar escriban su firma, o bien, un mensaje de positivismo y aliento, las cuales se convierten en donaciones monetarias para diversas causas.
Bridgestone, en alianza con el Ministerio de Salud, municipalidades y otras organizaciones, llevaron a cabo la cuarta edición de Llantatón.
Esta campaña tiene como fin minimizar problemas ambientales y concientizar a las distintas comunidades sobre la prevención de criaderos del dengue, zika y chikungunya y además recuperar y dar una disposición adecuada las llantas que han finalizado su vida útil.
En la edición de 2020 se logró recolectar 55 toneladas de llantas de desecho, las cuales serán utilizadas como materia prima para hornos cementeros.
“La iniciativa ambiental Llantatón, forma parte de nuestro compromiso global de responsabilidad social Nuestra Manera de Servir y su Área Prioritaria Medio Ambiente, enfocada en operar en armonía con la naturaleza, valorar los recursos naturales y reducir las emisiones de carbono. Además, es muy importante para nosotros involucrar a todas las personas a ser parte de estas iniciativas y concientizar sobre la importancia de buscar opciones amigables con el ambiente para disponer las llantas al final de su vida útil”, comentó Leoncio Rojas, Gerente de Medio Ambiente, Salud y Seguridad de Bridgestone Costa Rica.
La recolección de llantas se llevó a cabo del 8 al 12 de junio, con el apoyo de las municipalidades de Garabito, Cañas y Puntarenas. Además, participaron en el proceso el Ministerio de Salud en Paso Canoas y el Distribuidor Quirós & Compañía en San José.
“Para la Municipalidad de Cañas, ha sido una práctica de nuestro Gobierno Local, las alianzas con la ciudadanía, con las instituciones y con las empresas. Gracias a esto, logramos resolver múltiples necesidades entre las que se encuentran la protección del medio ambiente y temas sanitarios, como en este caso la recolección de residuos de manejo especial como lo son las llantas; evitando la proliferación de vectores como los mosquitos transmisores de enfermedades. Agradecemos a la empresa Bridgestone, por permitirnos la oportunidad de ser parte de esta alianza estratégica”, mencionó Luis Fernando Mendoza, Alcalde Municipal de Cañas.
Del 15 al 19 de junio, Bridgestone se encargó de trasladar todas las llantas recolectadas a Fundellantas, ente encargado de darles la disposición adecuada. Fundellantas en alianza con Cemex convertirán las llantas en desuso en energía térmica utilizada en el proceso de producción de cemento en Colorado de Abangares, desplazando la utilización de combustible fósil importado y contribuyendo al plan de descarbonización del país.
«Fundellantas garantiza que todas las llantas recolectadas se utilizan como combustible alterno en procesos industriales, desplazando los combustibles convencionales y de una forma eficiente, segura, circular y baja en carbono», afirmó Elsie Álvarez, Directora Ejecutiva de Fundellantas.
Desde el 2016, las ediciones de Llantatón han logrado recolectar más de 316 toneladas de llantas de desecho. El programa ambiental también busca fortalecer la educación de las personas y animarlos a colaborar con la correcta disposición de los residuos, además de facilitarles esta tarea mediante alianzas estratégicas entre la empresa privada y organismos públicos.

Las operaciones de centros de contacto que apoyan las actividades esenciales dentro y fuera del país.
Las cadenas de suministro de materiales, servicios, productos y equipos indispensables para estos sectores.
Los vehículos de transporte público destinados al transporte remunerado de personas en cualquiera de sus modalidades (autobús, buseta, microbús, taxi, servicio especial estable de taxi), el servicio especial de trabajadores, que cuenten con placa de servicio público, así como taxi de carga autorizado por el Consejo de Transporte Público que cuente con el respectivo permiso al día. Todos los anteriores estarán sujetos a las disposiciones especiales establecidas por el Consejo de Transporte Público para la atención de la situación sanitaria por COVID-19 con ocasión del presente Decreto Ejecutivo.
La persona del sector público o privado con jornada laboral estrictamente vinculada con los supuestos contemplados en el presente artículo o con los establecimientos con permiso sanitario de funcionamiento habilitados por el Ministerio de Salud, sea por ingreso, salida o necesidad de desplazamiento durante el horario laboral, debidamente acreditada. Para el caso del ingreso o la salida de la jornada laboral, la movilización podrá hacerse en vehículo particular, motocicleta particular o en alguna de las modalidades consignadas en el inciso b) del presente artículo, cualquiera de ellos debidamente demostrado.
Los vehículos que presten el servicio y abastecimiento de combustibles.
Los vehículos que presten el servicio de recolección de basura.
Los vehículos oficiales, vehículos de atención de emergencias y vehículos de los diferentes cuerpos policiales, para el ejercicio de sus labores respectivas.
El personal de soporte o mantenimiento de operaciones y asistencia de servicios públicos, entre ellos el ICE, AyA, INCOFER, Aviación Civil, la Compañía Nacional de Fuerza y Luz, Correos de Costa Rica, RECOPE, entre otros casos de soporte o mantenimiento de operaciones y asistencia de servicios públicos, debidamente demostrado.
Los vehículos oficiales del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes, así como del Consejo Nacional de Vialidad, para el ejercicio de sus labores respectivas.
Los vehículos del servicio de funeraria para la prestación exclusiva de dicha actividad, debidamente demostrado.
La prestación de servicios a domicilio de alimentos, cerrajería, farmacia, ferretería y veterinaria, debidamente acreditados.
La prestación del servicio de vigilancia privada o transporte de valores, incluido el soporte o asistencia técnica respectiva que requiera el servicio, debidamente acreditados.
Los vehículos particulares del personal de los servicios de emergencia, Cruz Roja, Cuerpo de Bomberos de Costa Rica, Sistema de Emergencias 9-1-1 de Costa Rica, CNE, CCSS, Ministerio de Salud, organismos internacionales, y de aquellas instituciones que participen en la atención del estado de emergencia nacional en torno al COVID-19 o para la atención de una emergencia propia de sus labores, quienes deberán portar su respectivo uniforme o su carné institucional de identificación.
