Paul Dörsam será el piloto de KIA en la CTCC

Luego de confirmar su participación en la nueva categoría del automovilismo nacional Costa Rica Touring Championship, la agencia representante de la marca KIA en nuestro país informó que será el piloto Paul Dörsam el encargado de liderar dicho proyecto.

De esta manera Dörsam de tan solo 32 años de edad estará nuevamente como piloto de dicha marca, pues en años anteriores y en la desaparecida categoría Super Turismo ya lo había hecho al mando de un auto KIA CERATO.

“La pasión siempre esta ahí por parte mía y de la agencia, sabemos que esta es una muy buena oportunidad que queremos aprovechar pues la categoría viene sólida y con argumentos que nos motivan a volver” explicó el piloto que además es funcionario de la agencia KIA.

Según dijo Dörsam la carrocería que llevará el auto será nuevamente la de un KIA CERATO pues es el modelo con el que se han identificado dentro de automovilismo y así el público los reconocerá mejor luego de varias temporadas con un modelo similar.

“Queremos participar y apoyar la categoría pues sabemos que será una fiesta lo que va iniciar este año, por ahora la agencia solo tendrá un auto en la pista, en el futuro ya lo veremos, nos enfocaremos en dar lo mejor de nosotros en este proyecto” explicó Dörsam.

El equipo mantendrá además un segundo piloto en el caso de alguna emergencia o para cuando se necesite por cualquier razón, el joven Michael Aizenman se mantendrá junto a Dörsam en este sentido.

El Costa Rica Touring Championship iniciará en el próximo mes de noviembre según han confirmado sus organizadores, por ahora las agencias que han firmado su contrato de participación son Toyota, Hyundai, KIA y Greatwall.
