Necesito que me ayuden con el siguiente aparato... ya que no se si se puede conseguir aca en Costa Rica, o si alguien me puede ayudar a traerlo, o si alguien me vende uno de segunda en muy buenas condiciones...

Cualquier ayuda es muy apreciada:

El este aparato ayuda a compezar cualquier bajonazo de voltage en el motor... para que el motor no sufra...
